Account and Data Deletion

At Learn Kumaoni, you have full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use the app and want to permanently delete your account and all associated learning progress, you can do so easily.

How to delete your account inside the app:

  1. Open the Learn Kumaoni app.
  2. Ensure you are logged in.
  3. Go to the Dashboard.
  4. Tap the three vertical dots (menu icon) in the top right corner.
  5. Select "Delete Account".
  6. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up dialog.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent. All your XP, streaks, and completed modules will be erased from our servers immediately and cannot be recovered.

Need help?

If you have uninstalled the app and need your data deleted manually, please email us at support@bittruth.com and we will process the deletion request within 7 business days.
